I usually don't provide negative feedback but I was super interested / intrigued by this app, went through the demo and everything -- dealing with chargebacks is a pain for any SaaS founder. However, your site lists your price as $49 / 10K transactions, but when we checkout the price bumps up to $69 / 10k transactions (Possibly to account for the "$20 off" launch discount). I'm all for supporting PH launches and signing up on launch, but don't try to scam PH users into thinking you're offering them a discount when you just marked the price up.

@marclou Also, I paid for the product and all I've been receiving are false alarms where legit users have been refunded money and you send an alarm for multiple transactions from the same card where there have not been multiple transactions.
ByeDispute seems like a valuable tool to tackle fraudulent activity and prevent chargebacks. 👏 It's like having a vigilant security guard for your online transactions.
On a lighter note, are you training your AI to recognize the difference between a "suspicious payment" and someone who just shops way too much online during Black Friday sales? 😄🛍️
