I'm sorry to hear about your experience and this is not how we want to build our brand.
I do however want to mention that we do not support financial transactions such as Micro Startups Acquisition. It goes against our policy which is built under guidance of card networks.
Our team has explained that card networks require us to hold funds for 120 days in this instance. These guidelines are defined externally and our teams follows them as per protocol.
You'll see similar policies practiced by other payment solutions as well.
