@pitdesi - think of GLG (or any of their competitors') calls where the expert may not speak English. The expert can talk in their native language, and after 2-3 seconds, you begin hearing English. We've also seen it deployed in board meetings, earnings calls, and focus groups.

@janejywang wherever capital markets go, that's where we tend to see demand for our services. So subject to the vagaries of the mood of @POTUS, we see demand for Chinese, Korean, Russian and Spanish. I personally think Bahasa has a lot of latent demand, but we haven't yet seen that in the data.
In terms of integration with conference software, the U.N.-style flagship service is only available on one conference platform (ZipDX). We hope to integrate it into others soon. A lesser version of the service (where participants pause to listen to interpretation) is now available on Zoom, UberConference, and any service which allows participation via dial-in or REST API.
