Reviewers say Cal ID makes scheduling easier and cuts the usual back-and-forth, with praise for quick setup, clean booking links, custom schedules, multi-calendar sync, reminders over email and WhatsApp, and payment support through Razorpay. Throughly job done. Understood the requirement, workflow, framework and has given 90% staisfactory in-detailed experience. So close to cal.com Can be a good competitor, if they fixes tiny problems and build Thoroughly completed job. What needs improvement

Does Jitsi meeting requires login from user side? I lost few ones. Finally Changed to Google meet.
Emailing template format to users needs improvement.
Google meet & Google calander booking works perfectly fine.
when User hit final booking CTA, it takes a lot of time. Plus cancelling meeting takes a lot of time. As if I am waiting for for the background compute process. Does a Jitsi meeting require users to log in? I lost a few meetings and ultimately switched to Google Meet.

The email template format for users needs improvement for Jetsi only. Google Meet and Google Calendar booking work perfectly fine.

However, when users click the final booking call-to-action (CTA), it takes a long time to process. Additionally, cancelling a meeting also takes a significant amount of time, as if I'm waiting for the background process to complete.

Cal ID has quickly become my primary scheduling hub for sales calls, demos, and coaching sessions. It solves the classic “back-and-forth on WhatsApp/Email” problem by giving me clean booking links, multi-calendar sync, workflows, and automated reminders in one place.

What needs improvement

UI/UX Still Has Room to Improve

While the interface is generally clean, some parts of the UI can feel a bit cluttered or not as polished as older competitors. Other reviewers also mention that the UI could be refined further to match the smoothness of tools like Calendly.
For very non-technical users, the first-time setup of advanced features (workflows, routing, team events) can feel slightly overwhelming.

What's great

This is genuinely good. I used Calendly for 5 years, Cal.com for 1 year before I found Cal ID.

For me, I wanted to integrate Razorpay and have seamless bookings with payments. That has been facilitated by Cal ID.

They need better publicity.

Cal ID has made appointment scheduling much easier for my workflow. The platform is simple, clean, and quick to set up. I especially like the custom scheduling options and the automatic reminders through email and WhatsApp, which help ensure clients don’t miss their appointments.
