I have been using this tool for two years, and so far, we’ve booked over 10,000 interview slots using the calendar.
The Enterprise/Team version includes almost everything a corporate company might need for calendar scheduling.
When you visit our website, viaSocket, you’ll find a single meeting link that automatically redirects meetings to the relevant team member.
And their Support is <3
Best of luck.
I can't see anything to improve.
Support, Product, user exp. everything seems perfect.

Cal ID has made appointment scheduling much easier for my workflow. The platform is simple, clean, and quick to set up. I especially like the custom scheduling options and the automatic reminders through email and WhatsApp, which help ensure clients don’t miss their appointments.
Many scheduling tools lock important features behind paid plans. Cal ID offers many advanced capabilities even in its free version, including multiple event types, integrations, and automation.
Most competitors:
Limit free plans
Charge for integrations or workflows
Cal ID focuses on providing a full - feature experience without forcing upgrades early.
It is perfect
Excellent

So close to cal.com Can be a good competitor, if they fixes tiny problems and build Thoroughly completed job. Understood the requirements, workflow, and framework, achieving a 90% satisfactory in-depth experience. They are very close to cal.com and could be a good competitor if they fix minor issues and build further.
Does Jitsi meeting requires login from user side? I lost few ones. Finally Changed to Google meet.
Emailing template format to users needs improvement.
Google meet & Google calander booking works perfectly fine.
when User hit final booking CTA, it takes a lot of time. Plus cancelling meeting takes a lot of time. As if I am waiting for for the background compute process. Does a Jitsi meeting require users to log in? I lost a few meetings and ultimately switched to Google Meet.
The email template format for users needs improvement for Jetsi only. Google Meet and Google Calendar booking work perfectly fine.
However, when users click the final booking call-to-action (CTA), it takes a long time to process. Additionally, cancelling a meeting also takes a significant amount of time, as if I'm waiting for the background process to complete.
Too easy. The overall UI/UX and layout, events setting were easier and simplier. there is a lot of functions for future use too.
yes I can.
I don't think there is self-host option yet. Privacy controls were same as cal.com
The 2 Years access to the features make it an amazing product for me and my teams. I was in search of a Made in India App and I truly believe they will keep improving themselves to make it a game changer for all Indian and global companies at large
The initial setup is super easy
Razorpay
Cal ID has quickly become my primary scheduling hub for sales calls, demos, and coaching sessions. It solves the classic “back-and-forth on WhatsApp/Email” problem by giving me clean booking links, multi-calendar sync, workflows, and automated reminders in one place.
UI/UX Still Has Room to Improve
While the interface is generally clean, some parts of the UI can feel a bit cluttered or not as polished as older competitors. Other reviewers also mention that the UI could be refined further to match the smoothness of tools like Calendly.
For very non-technical users, the first-time setup of advanced features (workflows, routing, team events) can feel slightly overwhelming.
Cal ID’s team plan is also free, with unlimited team members and team workflows, which is rare in this category.
Cal ID has completely streamlined the way I manage and share my availability. The custom schedules are incredibly flexible, and the minimalist design makes everything feel smooth and clutter-free. Setting up meetings is effortless, and the built-in workflow automation saves a lot of back-and-forth. It’s one of those tools that quietly becomes essential to your daily workflow.
I chose Cal ID because it offers the right balance of simplicity and powerful scheduling features. The interface is clean, fast, and easy to use, and the custom schedules give me much more control than most alternatives.

I came across a solid alternative to Calendly today — a tool called cal.id.
Same idea, same smooth scheduling experience, and honestly it looks like it could become a strong competitor.
The market always needs more than one dominant player. Choice pushes products to improve. cal.id feels like one of those entrants that can actually shake the space a little.
Worth checking out if you’re exploring scheduling tools beyond the usual names.
It gives you almost everything Calendly offers without the tight limits. You get unlimited event types, stronger customisation, built-in payments, and team scheduling features that Calendly usually locks behind paid plans.
Yes it has team management options
Call ID provides a seamless scheduling experience that feels effortless from start to finish. The interface is clear, the booking flow is quick, and the reminders help maintain perfect meeting discipline. It removes the usual back-and-forth and brings a sense of structure to daily planning.
I have been using the product for a year. The product is reliable and robust that too for free. Personally, Out of Office feature is really relevant for me.
