Your booking page is pretty cool, but most schedulers are “good enough” on UI. What’s the measurable impact then?
Cal ID
@muhammad_tahir29 That's an excellent question! The measurable impact of Cal ID's UI is directly reflected in performance: our low-friction design leads to significantly Higher Booker Conversion (more completed bookings), and our streamlined workflow ensures Increased User Efficiency by reducing your management time. We believe better UI delivers better results.
Cal ID
Great point @muhammad_tahir29 , most schedulers do look decent these days, so for us, the impact isn’t just visual, it’s in what happens after someone lands on your booking page.
Here’s where Cal ID makes a measurable difference:
Higher completion rates – fewer drop-offs because of the distraction-free flow
Faster setup – most users get fully configured (with branding and integrations) in under 5 minutes
Fewer no-shows – built-in reminders and timezone handling reduce misfires
Shorter sales cycles – teams using routing and paid links see faster booking-to-close conversion
Curious to hear, what would you want to measure more in your scheduling flow? We're building smarter insights next.

Looks super cool! Excited to see how I could integrate this with my work. :)

@anisha_agarwalla Thanks Anisha, feel free to reach us if you need any help.
Cal ID
@anisha_agarwalla Are you mostly scheduling with clients, teammates, or something totally unique?
We’ve seen some creative use cases lately – curious how you might integrate Cal ID with your work!
Creatium
@sanskarix Mostly clients and teammates for now!
Cal ID
@anisha_agarwalla Awesome! Give us a spin, you'd love it :)

Can you embed the page as an iFrame or something?
Cal ID
@marco_visin Yes! With Cal ID, you can embed your scheduling page as an iframe on your website.
I am a long-time cal.com user, and one of the biggest shortcomings is that when people set up a meeting, they can fill out a form with information but cannot attach a document (e.g., a resume). It looks like your product also does not support this.
Cal ID
@jay_janarthanan1 Thanks for the feedback , we already have this planned in our pipeline and will be soon live.

How does this one differ from Cal.com?
Cal ID
@busmark_w_nika Hi Nika!
So, I respect what Cal.com is building, but here’s how Cal ID differs:
We offer all of their paid features completely free
Internal team meetings are built in.
Razorpay integration for Indian users (something we know many tools skip)
And full custom branding, even on the free plan – so your links and page make a branded first impression.
There are many more features, but honestly, custom branding has been a game-changer for many of our users till now.
Cal ID
@busmark_w_nika btw, what feature matters most to you? Would love to hear your perspective.

@sanskarix Honestly, for me, it is enough when I can set time and pricing for that call. That's all I need :D
Cal ID
Relatable @busmark_w_nika, keeping it simple is the key!
We’ve made sure it’s quick to set up without any extra steps. Also we've designed the flow carefully so that its easier for the clients to pay (without any disctractions, of course)
I needed my freelance clients to book calls from my website, so I gave Cal.com a try a year back.
I was honestly impressed with how quick the setup was. I had my account created, my main calendar connected, and my availability set in just a few minutes. I didn't run into any complicated settings or technical hang-ups.
My booking page looks great, it's super clean, and it just works. It's been a total breeze to use so far.
Cal ID
@om_sharan_singh Cal.com’s done a great job with simplicity, and it’s great that it worked well for your freelance setup!
With Cal ID, we are on a similar mission to make scheduling smooth and fast, but also unlock things freelancers and small teams often need without having to upgrade.
We kept it:
✅ Free with no limits
✅ Fully brandable (your logo, your domain)
✅ Beginner Friendly UI
✅ And with real human support if you ever get stuck
Out of curiosity, is there anything you’ve wished your current setup could do better?
Impressive work! Open-source scheduling tools with this level of integration and support are rare. Cal ID seems like a great option for both individuals and teams.
Cal ID
@hasanul6654 Thank you! We built Cal ID specifically to offer that level of open-source integration for both individuals and teams. We appreciate the feedback!
