Calendapt is a task and calendar manager built for people who actually want to execute, not just look at a pretty grid. Switch between day, week, month, and kanban views. Track real progress (%) per task, organize with color-coded categories, export your weekly plan to PDF, and coordinate with friends via built-in chat. Import your existing calendar via ICS in seconds. Built solo as a side project — currently ~60 users, zero marketing, no mobile app yet. Would love your feedback!

Hey everyone! I built Calendapt because I was tired of calendar apps that just show you dates without helping you actually get things done. It combines calendar + task management + real progress tracking + a social layer (friends/chat) so you can coordinate plans with others too.
It's still early (60 users, built and run by one person), so I'd genuinely appreciate any feedback — bugs, feature requests, brutal honesty all welcome. Thanks for checking it out!

The progress percentage per task is such a smart call. Most planners treat to-dos like a checklist but never show you how close you actually are. Genuinely useful touch.
Love how progress tracking is built into each task instead of being a separate checklist or plugin, it makes the kanban view feel genuinely useful rather than just decorative. Solid work shipping this solo.
The built-in chat alongside tasks and calendar views is a smart move, skips that annoying tab-switching just to ping a collaborator. Love seeing a solo build with this much polish out the gate.
