VERY cool! Two questions:
1- Does integrate with Whatsapp AND have an AI Chatbot that can answer questions (botsonic.com similar) which learns from a URL, Website, PDF, info you prompt it etc to ANSWER customer inquiries on Whatsapp Business directly.
2- I didn’t see pricings for bookings. Can one for example create the following:
Choose your rooms:
Bedrooms (1 to 5)
Bathrooms (1 to 5)
Common/Living Area (1 to 5)
and then Optional Additional services which are each priced at a certain price.
The selection of the rooms in total if one chose 2-2-3 would be 7 which means 7 hours of home cleaning and an hour is at $10 for example.
So basically, can this be done? :)
@thisisjad we built out CalendarFix to solve primarily for appointment bookings. So to answer your first question, no we don’t answer customer queries at the moment.
With respect to the payment question, I believe you are asking about the payment collection aspect. We currently support native WhatsApp payments in India but plan to add non-native support for Stripe soon. Currently the product supports custom questions to take those inputs, but pricing is currently straightforward per event. Consider it as a deposit in such cases.

Can I connect this with my personal Whatsapp account too? Lets say I'm chatting with a lead on Whatsapp and send them a CalendarFix link, would they be contacted by a Whatsapp bot on my behalf or would they stay in the same conversation?
@tfriehe_ The bot works using Business WhatsApp API. So it won’t work with your personal number at the moment. However, you can share a calendarfix link with them which starts a WhatsApp conversation with our number and schedules a meeting with you on your calendar.
We are exploring ways in which we can let you do the scheduling in your own chat too. Hopefully this should go live soon too.
