Hi Product Hunt, I’m Craig, the founder of Calibrate. I built Calibrate when I was in the middle of struggling with anxiety, panic attacks and agoraphobia. I was tired of opening anxiety apps (or most support) during a moment of high stress, only to be greeted by a cartoon character or a guilt trip about "breaking my streak." When you are in a state of panic, you don't need gamification—you need physiological regulation. We designed Calibrate to be the no fluff app that I always wished I had. We stripped away the fluff to focus on speed, data, and neuroscience. How Calibrate is different: 🤖 The AI is a Clinical Analyst, not a Chatbot: It doesn't just chat; it analyzes your logs. If your anxiety spikes every Tuesday at 2 PM, the AI uses your habit data to help you understand why, and suggests interventions based on your history. 🫀 Haptics over Audio: We lean heavily on the iPhone’s Taptic Engine. During a panic attack, focusing on a physical vibration pattern is often more grounding than listening to a voice recording. 📊 Data over "Vibes": We show you what is working. Our "Community Efficacy" feature aggregates anonymous data to show you which techniques are statistically reducing anxiety for others in real-time. Calibrate is for the skeptics, the data-lovers, and anyone who wants support without the "woo-woo."
