An open standard for declaring AI usage in software projects. Like a LICENSE or README, CANDOR.md makes AI involvement transparent and consistent. You can go with a global declaration, or a more granular approach with parts of the software development process each having their own level of AI-involvement declaration. You can also go by component. The file works simply by using YAML front-matter enabling future tooling. The spec only defines the levels, the processes and the examples.
