My anxiety hit an all-time high this past summer so I thought I would try some hemp oil and let me just say, BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE!! I was skeptical at first like most people are, but I feel very mellowed lately (not too mellowed) I take 1-2 full droppers about an hour before I go to bed at night. I am able to fall asleep, stay asleep and I don’t wake up groggy. I started with 300mg of yooforic oil that way I could decide what would work best for me! if you’re looking for a sign to try medical hemp, this is it! Notwithstanding that, i look forward to trying this product.
