LuckySheet has always been an open-source SDK I follow closely. Now that it’s productized, what are the differences from the open-source version?
Capalyze
@janette_szeto Thanks for the attention. LuckySheet will always remain free and open-source. Univer is the productized version of LuckySheet, with the following differences:
Rendering and formula performance improved by 10×
Higher stability, suitable for production deployment
Supports collaborative editing, conflict handling, and version history
Enables server-side computation
Univer MCP makes it more AI-native
Also: @VidAU is impressive, I’ve been following it as well.
Capalyze
@janette_szeto I have seen VidAU's ad a lots of time on Linkedin, it's impressive and creative. anyway, thank you for your asking!
灵感盒子
@janette_szeto Thank you for your interest in LuckySheet and Capalyze. VidAU is a great product, and I’ve been keeping an eye on it as well.

If I have custom data sources (not webpages, but databases or internal APIs), can they be connected into your analysis pipeline?
Capalyze
@fei_li5 Great observation! As a data analysis product, data sources are critical:
We’re planning integrations with third-party APIs such as Google Sheets, Slack, and Airtable.
Databases or content APIs are more enterprise-oriented scenarios. For these, we’ll be rolling out a Spreadsheet Agent SDK, combined with the Univer SDK, to empower all enterprise conversational products with Capalyze’s data analysis capabilities.
Capalyze
@fei_li5 You just lit up our roadmap, haha. Thanks, Eric!
灵感盒子
@fei_li5 Currently, only Excel and CSV file uploads are supported. Integration with local databases or APIs is not yet available, but it is on our roadmap. 😊
Congrats on the launch! 🚀 Really excited to see how Capalyze makes spreadsheets so much easier to use. Looking forward to trying it out! 🎉

We often do competitor monitoring. If we can one-click integrate competitor reviews and sales metrics from different platforms into comparison charts, efficiency would increase a lot.
Capalyze
@andrew_jameson111 Great point! Competitor monitoring is a perfect fit
Capalyze
@andrew_jameson111 You got the point, precisely! Thanks Andrew.

@andrew_jameson111 We are also planning to introduce automated data scraping and analysis features in the future. This will allow scheduled data collection and subsequent analysis and monitoring. Stay tuned for updates on Capalyze!
