Works exceptionally well, fast and cheap. Results are accurate and after using their services extensively I can only recommend them. I read other reviews from them. In my view, bad reviews are from misuse from the customer. I have consulted with their support and was guided on how to properly scrap the results I wanted, and hadnt had issues. I want to remark their honest and helpful support. I was billed into a card that was attached to my account, but was not mine. They acted with speed and refunded the total amount into the card, and allowed me to stay in debt with them for weeks until I was able to repay the total amount. I am very thankful for their understanding and commitment to clients success. Thank you, and recommended.

I honestly can't believe how cheap and precise this is. Because of Outscraper I started using cold emails to actually INCREASE the email authority of the domains of my clients. Most scraping tools will have high costs, high promises and rubish data. Outscraper, on the other hand, gives us filters upon filters that let's you do the scraping you want but you basically don't pay for the rubish generated. Because of that, it delivers 10x* more leads for the same price but with much higher quality. *It is actually up to 20x. If you scrape a database of 100k emails and up to 95k of those emails are discarded by your filters, you only pay 5k emails. Which makes it 20x cheaper to run, but since the leads are the top 5% (1/20), it makes the leads generated 20x20= 400x better. You read that, right? 1 Outscraper lead = 400 rubish leads from anywhere else. That's why I don't use to use those black hat techniques of having multiple domains. My cold emails are hot as f*.

I requested a refund, twice, for the same unused credit. They agreed both times and reassured me it would arrive in a few days. It never has. Do not trust this service. I requested the refund because I would only get limited results from their Google Maps scraper.

I used the product according to their method, but their product couldn't be used at all. I asked them why it couldn't be used. He said that there was a problem with the URL format given, but the URL format I gave was the same as their sample format. This company and the tool are both is deceptive. Please don't use it. In addition, he said that the refund is also fake. If you send them email, they will reply very slowly and let you exceed three days, because after three days, you will not be able to get a refund.

Outscraper is a great product, I highly recommend. I'm new to web building, but I found the software to be highly intuitive. It gave me great results even when there wasn't a Google maps category for my search. I made a couple of mistakes on what I ordered it to do and they were so helpful. The customer service reached out within the hour and offered me a full refund and offered advice on how to fix my issue. I think it's the best customer service I've ever seen.

This product should be good. But in reality, the support is non-existent. The tool is ALWAYS broken. Then you get told to keep retrying your tasks. You wait DAYS for them to complete and no, their tool BROKE again! Seriously, if you want to use this tool for actual work - try and find something else. It's impossible to actually get a meaningful output out of it without wasting literal days or weeks dealing with their incompetent tech and incompetent support. Avoid.

This is the most exceptional data resource I have ever seen. Outscraper solves so many problems simultaneously. It's the only digital product I've purchased lately which is less expensive than it should be. Outscraper is helping me dramatically. Every feature is clear, the one question I had was answered quickly, the price is almost absurdly low for the time and data entry this saves us.

Used the google maps scraping service, it has worked well so far, got some local leads and then some results from those leads too so I am definitely happy with this service. There is a good support team. I encountered an issue with one scraping task and the support got back to me in under a minute, so that says a lot. Nice product.
