This is a really cool product! Many years ago when I was in college, I worked at a few call centers, and I always suspected people would be a bit kinder if they could actually see the real live human on the other end of the phone. I could definitely see this type of engagement both improving quality of life for customer service workers, and NPS improvements, in addition to the advertised sales use.
