I really like how clean and intuitive the interface is. Adding expenses is quick and straightforward, tracking debts is easy, and the ability to plan ahead gives me a much better overview of my finances.
What I particularly appreciate is how it helps me think ahead instead of just looking back at what I've already spent. I've been using it to plan my monthly expenses and make sure I reach the end of the month with money left over rather than wondering where it all went.
And surprisingly, it's actually working! So far, I'm really happy with it. Looking forward to seeing how it continues to evolve.
Hi Product Hunt 👋🏻
I'm Jhonatan, creator of Capylite.
I've always been careful with my money, and I used to keep my numbers in a spreadsheet, but I wanted to go further and manage everything more comfortably from an app, so I started trying the ones that were out there.
I found some really good ones, but I was never fully satisfied, and a few kept the most useful parts behind a big paywall.
So I made one for myself. I've been using it ever since, and I've shaped it little by little until it fits the way I like to handle my money. Now I want to share it with you.
Introducing Capylite, my expense tracker app, which helps you keep track of what you spend and what you owe, whether on your own or with your household. I hope it turns out to be as useful for you as it has been for me, and because I know how frustrating a big paywall can be, you can use it for free.
The paid plan only raises the limits, so no essential feature is locked behind it, and the limits on the free plan are still generous.
I'd love to hear how it fits into your life and what would make it better for you. I'll be here reading every reply.
Like that you kept the essential features free. Personal finance tools shouldn't make people pay just to manage their money.
@spotch_founder Exactly! Everyone deserves access to solid tools to manage their money.
The Pro tier is just there for anyone who needs higher limits. Really appreciate the feedback!
