Career Bridge is fantastic because it tackles a real problem: the gap between what people know and where they actually want to go professionally. Its AI-driven approach turns a user’s skills, experience, interests, and goals into practical career direction, helping users understand not just what career fits them, but what they need to do to get there.
This is actually such a cool use case. What made you guys build this in the first place?
@dora_dao Having had worked in a Human Resource and Recruitment firm for a while I saw how linear the mindset of majority of job seekers were. And I witnessed how they under performed because they lack the necessary skills and knowledge they needed to land really good jobs. Most people were only willing to work in roles and fields that they are already used to and they are not open minded to go for other roles using the skills they had already acquired.
So I thought to myself and asked a simple question;
What if people could gain skills, knowledge and the required information to thrive in any role they found themselves. Also answering the question of asides from the skills I already have, which other ones can I acquire and while doing that tracking their growth and their process.
From this question my team and I brainstormed and birthed Career Bridge (Your Personalized AI Bestie )to push you and help you navigate through the process.
Really excited to see Career Bridge live! 🚀
The idea of helping people better understand their career strengths, identify skill gaps, and get clearer direction is something I think a lot of people genuinely need.
What I especially like is the focus on turning self-assessment into actionable career guidance rather than just giving users another generic personality/skills report.
Big congratulations to the team! 🎉 Looking forward to seeing how Career Bridge evolves and the impact it makes. Definitely worth checking out! 🔥
