Hello! I'm adding more products to Cashable! This time is a Mortgage Planner. What does it do? Well, you take out a mortgage, say, for 30 years. It's probably not one long period of 30 years with the same interest rate. Most likely you'll have a set of fixed rate periods of 2,3 or 5 years. But an interest rate in those periods might be well different. So with this mortgage planner you can stress rate your mortgage against a hike in interest rate. Any feedback?
