Why relaunch?
One of our founding partners previously built a startup that turned used car images into showcase videos, pushed them to social media, and eventually sold the company to eBay Auto for $20M. That idea always stuck with me.

1. Zillow, which is one of the largest lead gen websites for realtors and other lead gen websites like realtor.com and Redfin
2. Realtors' own websites and social media groups
3. Ad videos from Youtube or Tiktok.
4. Offline banners or posters in front of managed property, which is why Txt SMS matters as customers can text message to chatbot for schedule or viewing instantly when they see the contact number.

@jakeharr Very good question Jake. We have a backend for users to update their latest properties under management. In another words, it is up to our users to inform ChatRealtor for their changes of inventory. You actually inspire me of a better strategy: pull the data of Zilllow regularly.
