I built ChatRM after 16 years of setting up and managing CRMs and seeing teams slowly resent them.
Different tools. Different team sizes.
Same problem every time.
Traditional CRMs turn selling into a daily grind, with a lot of cleanup work.
ChatRM flips that on its head by living entirely inside Slack. No dashboards. No grind. Just capture deals, notes, and follow-ups where the work already happens.
This is being launched as a beta, and I’m onboarding a small group of Slack-first teams who want to help shape the product.
I’d love feedback, whether you’re frustrated with the CRM grind, unsure which CRM to choose, or just looking for a simpler, more organized way to move deals forward without adding another heavy tool.
Really like the direction here. Keeping CRM workflows inside Slack makes a lot of sense, especially for teams that already live in conversations rather than dashboards. The focus on reducing busywork instead of adding another layer of process feels well thought out. Curious to see how this holds up as deal volume grows, but as a starting point this feels practical and refreshing. Congrats on the launch.
