Regarding your landing page, there's some ambiguity about whether implementing your product necessitates coding skills. While the footer mentions 'no coding required,' the hero image showcases code. In our organization, the website is managed by the marketing team, who are not well-versed in programming. Hence, we prioritize solutions for our website chatbot that don't require coding.
@joanna_jingke_he thank you so much for the feedback, Joanna! I can see how the communication can be confusing and will work on making it clearer. To clarify now:
- The knowledge training does't require any coding and is done automatically by website crawlers
- Installing the widget is done with one line of code - it’s a simple snippet to copy and paste and we have step-by-step guides for all major platforms like Webflow, Squarespace etc
- Using skills (the main selling point) is the most technical part and at the moment requires some dev capacity! We’re working on adding integrations (eg for Shopify API) which will make this task plug & play

@realmaxrush totally on the fence with this! currently settled on a free trial with all features available for testing. The free plan does not seem to be viable for someone who actually will use the chatbot in production.
I’ve been using Chatwith for hunted.space for a while now and it’s brilliant.
It plugs directly into the API and works like pure magic!
I didn’t have the to lift a finger & it’s always up to date.
