I've recommended the ChoiceIQ tools (particularly MONA) to multiple friends who've found the platform engaging and fun. It's really meant to be accessible and easy to use for the individual. Hi Hunters, My name is Colin O’Connor, Chief Illustrator at Meseekna 🎨 Ever since joining the team at Meseekna I’ve been immersed in the science behind decision-making and I have to say, having a better understanding of how we make decisions has changed my life dramatically. The goal of ChoiceIQ is to share the best methods for making tough choices and project management all of which ultimately has served to absolutely reduce the amount of stress I personally feel on a daily basis. I’m so excited to be working at a company I believe has incredibly valuable methods to enhance anyone’s overall quality of life with nothing more than daily practice. Howdy Hunters 🤠 My name is Nate Shastry, Chief of Marketing at Meseekna. Over the past couple of years I have taken a deep dive into the science of metacognition, or ‘how’ we make our choices. This concept is at the very foundation of our company, and has been so for over 60 years. Joining the team made me realize how little I actually knew about the concept of metacognition, let alone how to implement it in my life. But as we started creating our product, over time, I found myself reflecting, questioning, and picking apart my choices (in a good way). What I found is that metacognition has helped me immensely in both my personal and professional life. It helps me reflect and unearth solutions that I had never thought of before and with practice, and lets me develop my own path to choices. The goal of our product, ChoiceIQ, is to make difficult choices and reduce the amount of stress for any given situation. I definitely feel stressed on a daily basis (as I’m sure most of us are). I’m an over-thinker. Plain and simple. Having a system I can turn to when times are tough is incredible. The coaching system gives me a new perspective on stress management, and reframing any situation. Discovering ‘how’ I make my choices was the first step to turning my challenges into opportunities.
