Two years ago, I didn't plan on building a startup. I just needed a way to survive my daily standups.
I was struggling to track my time and generate reports for my Team Lead that actually made sense. I built a scrappy side project to automate my own workflow. Then, during a screen share in a daily meeting, a colleague spotted it. "Wait, what is that? Can I try it?"
