@stephenakline it's a great question. For customers who link their CRMs, we actually do offer show some outcomes data in the app (but are bringing in more in the coming months). For most teams we work with today, the biggest metric is how many net new conversations with prospects occur from Ciro data (= new lead with enriched phone number from Ciro)
