Hey Product Hunt! Medicare call centers live under CMS, TCPA, and state DOI rules that most agencies handle with spreadsheets and hope, one missing SOA or call recording can mean a failed audit or a lost carrier appointment. At the same time, agencies spend $10K to $100K a month across 15+ lead sources with no real way to know which ones actually renew. ClaimFlow tackles both: compliance tracking (SOA, consent, DNC, 6-year retention) plus deterministic, Markov chain attribution from lead to renewal, connected to the dialers you already use. We are onboarding our first 5 founding agencies with 50% off setup and a locked-in rate. Would love your feedback!

Have you considered adding real-time compliance alerts when an agent is mid-call and at risk of a TCPA violation? A small banner or audio cue when consent timestamps are missing or about to expire would be way more useful than catching it in a post-call audit. Could save a lot of headaches for supervisors.

Finally a tool that treats Medicare compliance like a real workflow instead of an afterthought. The Markov chain attribution piece is genuinely interesting, I want to see how it handles multi-touch across long sales cycles.

the markov chain attribution piece sounds genuinely useful since most medicare shops basically guess at which channels actually convert. one thing though, would be great if you could add a real time compliance dashboard so agents can see their own tcpa consent status and flag risky calls before they happen. proactive alerts beat retroactive audits every time, honestly.

The Markov chain attribution finally shows which calls actually drive enrollments, not just last-click noise. Wish I had this during my last audit scramble.

One thing I'd love to see is a built-in compliance training module for agents, so new hires can actually learn the TCPA and SOA rules inside the platform instead of relying on external training. Even short scenario-based quizzes after onboarding would help reduce mistakes during real calls.

A real-time compliance dashboard that flags agents the moment a consent issue or SOA gap pops up on a live call would be huge, way more useful than catching it after the fact in retention archives. Right now it sounds like the system is more reactive than preventative.
