Mark here, founder of ClawHire. We launched quietly in July and have spent the two months since making the AI employees behave like employees. What changed:
Build-first onboarding: you build the whole employee (name, focus, connected tools, channels) before adding a card. Thirty days free, and the charge date is shown up front.
Approvals show the exact outbound message (recipient, subject, body) before anything is sent. Nothing goes out without your yes.
When a job is done the employee writes you a plain-English report. When it cannot do something (no email account connected yet, for example) it says "Not sent" and parks the job for you instead of claiming success.
Jobs start within seconds of being assigned and survive platform restarts.
The runtime that executes every employee is open source under ELv2: https://github.com/mlamplugh-max...
Try it at https://clawhire.ai. Which job would you hand off first, and what would stop you? I will answer everything here.
Honestly skeptical about "AI employees" but the phone and SMS handling actually impressed me during a quick test. The voice response felt natural enough that my team didn't immediately clock it as a bot.
@ira_cai Thank you, Ava, and sorry for the slow reply. The phone and SMS side is where we started, and since July we have added approvals that show the exact message before anything goes out, plain-English job reports from each employee, and an open-source runtime on GitHub. If you test it again, I would love to hear what your team notices.
