Does it handle recurring job schedules and send automatic reminders to clients, or is the scheduling pretty manual at this stage?

@zeliha229593239 Good question — here's where things actually stand:
Recurring jobs: automated. Your Job records carry a recurring flag and a recurrence_pattern (daily/weekly/fortnightly/monthly), and a scheduled workflow (Recurring Jobs Generator backed by the generate-recurring-jobs function) auto-creates the next job instances on schedule. So recurring contract work isn't manual — you set the pattern once and the jobs generate themselves.
Reminders: partially automated. There's an automated overdue invoice reminder flow (send-overdue-reminders + the Overdue Invoice Reminders workflow) that emails clients about unpaid invoices. There is not currently an automated appointment/job reminder — i.e. "your cleaner is coming tomorrow" messages to clients. That's the gap.
Scheduling itself: the Jobs page gives you a calendar view, staff kanban, smart staff assignment, and Google Calendar sync — so it's a managed workflow rather than a raw manual one, but creating one-off jobs is still a manual action (only recurring ones auto-generate).
i am open to any improvements you would like

Does this handle recurring schedules for clients with multiple weekly visits, or do I have to rebuild job entries from scratch each time?

@kaan534043 Honest answer: recurring schedules are supported, but only as a single pattern per job — daily, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. There's no built-in "multiple visits per week" recurrence, so a client on, say, Mon/Wed/Fri would need three separate recurring jobs (one per day, each set to weekly). You set those up once and each auto-generates its future jobs via the Recurring Jobs Generator workflow — so you're not rebuilding entries from scratch each time, but you are creating one recurring template per visit day rather than one template covering all weekly visits.
If that's a pain point, I can extend the recurrence model to support multiple weekly days in a single job (e.g. pick Mon + Wed + Fri and the generator creates all three each week) — just say the word.

The customer and job tracking is genuinely useful — I like how everything sits in one clean view instead of scattered across spreadsheets. Wish the quote builder had a couple more templates out of the box though.

Hi Guys Genuinely love the feed back made a couple of changes
1.The automated workflow already runs daily at 6am and now supports multiple weekly visits from a single recurring template — when scheduling a recurring weekly job you can pick multiple Visit Days (e.g. Mon + Wed + Fri) and the generator creates an occurrence for each selected day every week, so twice-weekly and multi-visit contracts no longer need separate templates.
2.Added five ready-made quote templates (Office Cleaning, Deep Clean, Window Cleaning, End of Tenancy, Washroom & Hygiene) — pick one from the "Start from a template" dropdown in the quote form and the line items, pricing, frequency and notes populate instantly, fully editable before saving.

forgot to add number 3 and 4
3.Added five more professional templates — Carpet & Floor Care, Post-Construction/Builder Clean, Retail & Showroom, Medical/Healthcare, and Kitchen Deep Clean & Extraction — now ten ready-made proposals available from the "Start from a template" dropdown in the quote builder.
4.clients now get an automatic Gmail reminder at 9am the day before any scheduled job (~24h notice), sent from your connected Gmail, with each job reminded only once. You can adjust the send time or lead time anytime if you'd prefer same-day or a different window.
