@jan_heimes Thank you! We source from our fast growing pool of 80k+ top candidates on Clera and also do targeted outreach for our clients to people not on Clera yet, based on what the companies are looking for.

@jan_heimes our super advanced matchmaking searches our growing talent pool of +80k talents for the best fit candidates and sends them over to founders and hiring managers. We also do that on a continuing base, that means founders always get send over the best fitting candidates as soon as they enter the platform!
But of course same for our talents!

-> I think the comments from my colleagues give a good idea, just to add on the change we see now: with new AI and ML technologies, its finally possible to solve job matching with technology - what used to take millions of recruiters and did not provide a great experience for candidates or companies. Sounds a bit salesy haha but I hope it gives an idea

Job search still feels weirdly broken.. you either scroll through endless listings and answer crazy long forms, or you rely on random timing and warm intros. The idea of having something that actually understands what you’re looking for, keeps an eye out, and can make relevant intros feels much closer to how the best opportunities in life happened to me.
I tried it and must say the opportunities presented were spot on, now I'm very curious to see how this evolves. Congrats on the launch!

Literally direct intros to 600+ of the best startups in the US and Europe. If I weren't working for them, I'd be the first one chatting with Clera to get intros.

@illja 100%, you have such a big impact on making sure that the right jobs are actually being found!
Initial impressions of the product are strong. I created an account and went through the job application flow myself to test it end-to-end. While doing so, I noticed a potential issue: after uploading a resume, if a newer version is uploaded, the system continues analyzing the previously uploaded file instead of the updated one.
Overall, the product feels solid and well-executed, and I’m looking forward to seeing how it evolves and whether it leads to successful job outcomes.
By the way, I work as a product manager and product architect, so it’s great to see the product in action from both a user and industry perspective.
