Your client texts at 11pm: "Where are my files?" You sent them 3 weeks ago, buried in an email. ClientRoom fixes this. We give clients a private workspace for files, Stripe invoices, milestones, and chat. What makes us different: • Zero client friction: You send a link, they click it. No accounts or passwords. • A premium, editorial design built for creatives—not clunky enterprise IT software. Other tools are $50/mo or force client logins. We are the in-between.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Nick, the maker of ClientRoom.
The idea for this actually came out of my own frustration as a client. While coordinating with various vendors for an upcoming wedding ceremony in Wilmington next September, I realized how much friction exists in the creative industry's client experience. I was working with incredibly talented event professionals, but every time an invoice or timeline was shared, I was forced to create a new portal account, reset a password, or dig through a 30-message email thread.
As a software engineer, I knew there had to be a better way to handle digital deliverables without making it feel like corporate IT. The creative industry is highly visual and focused on hospitality, but the software they are forced to use is the exact opposite.
I built ClientRoom to give freelancers and creatives a tool that actually matches the quality of their work. One single, secure link. No passwords, no friction. We are currently launching in Early Access with a free tier for your first two active rooms. I'd love to hear your feedback on the platform, our editorial aesthetic, or how you handle client friction in your own freelance workflows!
Cheers,
Nick
