A small thing that would help a lot: add a "core return" tracker so technicians can see the status of the PCB they sent back for exchange. Right now I have no visibility after dropping a core off, and following up by email is annoying. Even a simple progress bar (received, inspected, credited, shipped) would save a ton of back-and-forth and make me way more confident using the platform.

Finally a niche that actually makes sense. Searched for a Daikin PCB I'd been hunting for weeks and it popped up right away, which honestly surprised me. Solid tool for HVAC techs.
