I've always wanted to start something of my own. The problem was never a lack of ideas — it was having too many and not knowing where to begin or how to actually move forward. The ironic part was that friends came to me to bounce their business ideas around, I could help them think through it clearly. Market fit, revenue model, what to prioritize — it all made sense when it was someone else's idea. But when it came to my own stuff... Total paralysis. Procrastination... Classic overthinking till the idea gets boring. and then the cycle repeats. Lol. So I built Co-COO for myself, honestly just for fun. It was a way to take all those scattered ideas and turn them into something structured. A business plan I could actually look at and say, "okay, this one's worth pursuing." And when my friends started asking me for follow ups on discussions of THEIR ideas —instead of scheduling another coffee chat, I'd just send them the link. Eventually I got such great feedback I decided that maybe I should try to take it more seriously.... That's how Co-COO started. Not as a product. As a tool I wished I had to help me start something... Ironically.
