On the idea - its still a concept - idea is to be able to someday in the future buy Website and Apps just like we buy clothes today. It might look like a dev shop but its not. Nowhere related to Upworks or Fiver however, will face many of the same challenges of marketplaces.
Idea is to build a place where Developers are proud to showcase their Software products and sell the source code and earn a lifetime of Passive Income.
Idea is to also enable Developers to host their applications. Key pain point is - many developers have source code lying around, however, not actively hosted. Heroku etc. shutting down its free plan means, the portfolio never gets hosted.
Idea is to make a platform for developers to showcase their portfolio and help them sell it as well.
Today, we are nowhere there. As Content is King, we have very less content meaning Assets or actual projects on the platform. We are planning to up our game, Conducting couple Hackathons, couple SEO campaigns and cold email campaigns.
Once we solve for the Seller side of the market i.e the supply side, it will be much better to market to common users. The advantage is developers can be both sellers and buyers as we are mainly tinkerers of code.
