Comfi lets your SaaS customers take annual commitment, and enjoy the annual discount, but pay monthly, while you, as a seller, get paid upfront. ⠀ ✅ Increase your sales conversion into annual ✅ Get upfront debt & dilution free capital
Hey Product Hunters! I'm Amal and super exciting to announce Comfi after waiting 365 days to launch! 🥳
We're on a mission to unburden SaaS spend and today is our first public step towards that goal.
🤔 Problem
Comfi helps both buyers and sellers of SaaS.
Some customers can afford to pay up front, and love the idea of getting a discount for doing so.
Other customers are cash-strapped and need more flexible options.
That's where Comfi comes in.
🛠 Solution
Using our integrated Pay with Comfi checkout API, you can offer flexible solutions for both sets of customers, easily.
Or you can simply generate Stripe-style checkout links, on the fly.
You, as the SaaS seller, lock in debt-free capital upfront, which you can reinvest in your business.
Your customers get to enjoy annual discounts and extra add-ons, with the flexibility to pay monthly.
🤔 How does it work?
On our checkout, your customers will seamlessly connect one of the data sources - Stripe or Bank Business Account via Plaid.
Under the hood, we run it through our risk engine and make a decision on the fly.
🧐 How much does it cost?
The good thing about Comfi is that it has no platform or service fees.
We only charge 7-11% when you make a sale through Comfi.
🧰 Our products
- No code dashboard to generate payment links for your customers
- API checkout to integrate in your self-serve checkout process

@amal_abdullaev Congratulations on the launch of Comfi, Amal! Your mission to unburden SaaS spend is admirable. Offering flexible payment options for both buyers and sellers is a win-win solution. Best of luck with your product! 😊👍
@amal_abdullaev Congratulations on the launch of Comfi! Offering flexible payment solutions for both buyers and sellers of SaaS is a valuable service. Excited to see how it evolves. Keep up the great work! 👍🏼
@amal_abdullaev congratulations on the launch!
The problem that you are tackling is a true fact 🔥 But i am not sure to fully understand your solution/service. Can you please be more explicit on that ?

Congratulations on the launch! I love the idea of bringing flexible payments into the SaaS sector. A much-needed solution in these times of economic uncertainty. What happens when a user wants to upgrade the plan?
@asad_ganiev Hi Asad, thank you for the support. You should treat Comfi as a payment gateway using which you can split the cost of any subscription you purchase. So that is to say, if you were to upgrade with an additional cost of $500, you would simply split the additional sum into installments as you did with the original payment.
@asad_ganiev@jorexnovik We mainly try to focus on B2B SaaS as of now. We see a lot of positive feedback from POS software, Foodtech, Property management software and data analytics platforms.
Hey! That looks like a killer offer for SAAS providers. To be honest, how does it work when we sell a product through Confi you charge 7-11% when our customers pay via your payment link? Excited to see this in action!
@alex_dolgov@amal_abdullaev How does your platform compare to other commission-based services? Nonetheless, it's great to see a straightforward and fast payout process!

Great tool for SaaS businesses! Have you considered offering a lifetime plan option for customers who want to commit long-term? It could be a game-changer for retention and revenue.
@maria_j_ray Thank you Maria, we have considered offering contracts up to 5 years, but too early for us to make such a move. That's why no we stick with yearly contracts for now:)
@maria_j_ray@amal_abdullaev Hey, gotta start slow and steady, right? Rome wasn't built in a day and neither is a 5-year contract. You got this 💪🏼

Could you clarify how Comfi compares to other SaaS sales solutions in terms of pricing and user experience? It sounds promising, but I'm curious about its competitors
@della_morrissette Absolutely! Comfi offers competitive pricing and a user-friendly interface, making it a great option for small to medium-sized sales teams. Compared to other SaaS sales solutions, Comfi is affordable and easy to use. Give it a try!

Are the founders in Dubai because they fled from Russia? Where do you pay taxes? Did you previously work at TinkoffBank, the one under sanctions?
@anna_skripnik Hi Anna!
Thank you for asking. Originally, I am from Uzbekistan. My co-founder Ali is also from Uzbekistan. Last year I used to work for Tinkoff bank, yes. I resigned to join Comfi.
To answer your second question, we are based in Dubai and pay our taxes in Dubai. Right now, we are also passing through registration in US, Delaware.

Hey folks, contacts on the launch!
Can you elaborate on your risk model? Are you connecting to existing services like Stripe, and Segment to get the full picture of the SaaS company?
@daniel_chepenko Thank you, Danny! The screening process on the SaaS vendor side is manual now, but we are planning to implement integrations with the services you mentioned + with some KYC and compliance providers to better filter our SaaS vendors. On the end-customer side it's all automatic now, we only feed it with the financial data from the data source they connect while on checkout, right now it's either Stripe or Bank Account.
