Love this product. Scaling concierge selling has always been tough, and most chatbots fall short, but this looks more robust. Excited to see it perform.

@daniel_str Hey Daniel! You can feed it with more content (actually, you should). The idea is to improve the whole shopping experience, so the more knowledge you feed the bot with, the better the experience you offer.
Think of a bookshop salesperson: you'll probably want to know more about a given author, similar styles, etc, and they usually have answers and suggestions at the tip of their tongue.
If you feed the bot with articles that could represent a deep dive into your products, it will help guide the user through the shopping experience.
I honestly think you should create a free account and poke our support team for more technical questions (and feed your bot with external / sub-domain content to feel how it behaves 🤓)
