Why we built this?
We needed it. Running Conduit, we had two problems: running our own support with a lean team and engineering a sales funnel that actually converts. Building for customers helped, but using it ourselves exposed the real edges. That forced a rebuild, so agents are easier to design, deploy, and improve.

We went from an unorganized system where we always told people "its like training an employee" but in practice it was nothing like training an employee. Everything was scattered in different pages and very hard to understand -
We kicked off re-thinking what the agents paradigm even means. We pieced together the perfect solution with our Agent Hub which is a combination of all things relating to your agents; teaching, testing, tools, and the agents working hours. This is the rebuild that really raised our internal and customer's automation rates once we nailed it.

I’ve been using Conduit for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. It’s rare to find a product that feels so good right out of the gate! The founders are also AWESOME!
What stands out:
Conduit handles complex conversation flows with real finesse.
The unified inbox is a game changer. The agent has minimal context loss.
The voice AI is surprisingly natural. It’s not perfect yet, but it’s already doing lead qualification and handling basic support calls with minimal human oversight.
I love that Conduit syncs with external knowledge sources and keeps everything in sync.
On the engineering side, Conduit is built to scale. Policies, custom tools, and stress testing are all built in. They seem to take robustness seriously.
