We were inspired by a simple frustration. Most social media tools focus on publishing—scheduling posts, approvals, calendars. But once a post goes live, everything after that is still manual: comments pile up, DMs get messy, campaigns are run by hand, and reports live in spreadsheets. That “after publishing” work is where teams spend most of their time—and it’s where things break. We started by solving one small problem: managing comments. As we worked with real teams, the scope became clearer. This wasn’t a feature gap, it was an operational gap. So our approach evolved from building tools for tasks to building a system for post-publishing operations. This launch reflects that shift.
