Have not tried it but can see the benefit. It is becoming an expectation that all web apps offer live chat and for small teams that do not have the budget to have 24/7 people coverage, this offers a way to achieve something similar. Good luck going forward and congrats.

We've had some early positive feedback from businesses who have tried live chat, because as you said, it's a basic expectation — but couldn't do it well enough to be helpful to their visitors. This would leave the business and their customers frustrated.😞
Some of our early users have told us that by knowing they're responding automatically, it reduces that anxiety of having to always be online and replying.

We've had Continually on our site for a few weeks now. It was super quick to set up. Links to my Google calendar and we've had some great discussions with potential parades for Pilcro as a result.

If you have the budget for a team to monitor a chat widget then might not be for you

I have used Continually for a couple of months now and it has really helped me to generate more sales. I love the feeling of checking my emails in the morning and have a meeting booked in my diary from a website visitor the night before. Having a software interact with website visitors on any time zone has helped me to save money on software and increase sales. Still finding out the best flows to build, but so much possibility in what the software can do to enhance my site.

Helps me to automate the booking of demos for prospects visiting my SaaS product's marketing website. Being able to check availability by integrating directly into Google Calendar saves a lot of back and forth over email with my prospects.
