This is really cool. If find looking at these things inspiring my ambition to do more, make more, grow more. I can see this becoming an ongoing indulgence but won't I end up just seeing the same 10 most expensive houses and that's it?

@pupeno I’m glad you enjoyed exploring Covet and thanks for the question! I was worried about exactly that when I made the decision to default to sorting the List View page by price. Of course, at first, the most expensive properties are probably of most interest, but after you’ve seen those, you don’t necessarily want to scroll a ton to get to new listings! For that reason, I added the Listing Roulette feature! It’s currently hidden a bit in the Profile tab, but the idea here is that it will serve a randomly selected listing from the set of homes you haven’t yet viewed! This will make it much easier to find new and different properties when you return to the app, and hopefully keep stoking your ambition to someday own a property that appears on Covet! Thanks again for the question!

Hey everyone! I’m a solo developer launching my first iOS app: Covet. We’ve all walked around a new neighborhood and pulled out Zillow or Redfin to take a look at how much the beautiful Victorian on the corner sold for. Covet Real Estate brings all of the most beautiful properties in the US to you; no filtering necessary, and certainly no reasonable real estate listings littering the results! I have a personal fascination with how the richest among us live, and I suspect that’s a curiosity many others share. I would love to hear any feedback you’ve got and hope you enjoy the app!
