When you click on Ask for help form there you can fill form what kind of help you need and submit will land you to people helping right now page. You can filter by state wise and check for help(All data already filtered on time wise). You can use phone number or e-mail to direct contact the person and look for help.
Help Others > This section will show list of people who need help and you can create Help others form. When you click on help others form it ask for what kind of help you can provide to others. After submitting it will land to page where people need help. You can use phone number or e-mail to direct contact the person and help others.
