We are a nationwide team of Emergency Physicians seeing COVID-19 patients daily. We provide notes. The “worried-well" population needs “proof” for employers or for financial assistance in the form of testing or a work note to do the right thing and stay home.

My buddy is an ER doctor in San Diego and Colorado and decided to get together with his colleagues to provide digitally signed and approved physician notes online for anyone who qualifies and might need one. He's been seeing a lot of patients who are waiting hours just to get a work note. This is an inefficient use of time for the patient and the doctor when we are so short staffed nationwide. Notes are donation-based and start at $1.00 USD. They are donating proceeds less server costs for now.
