Cowrywise is overwhelming annoying. I didn't put a particular savings on hold erroneously and the agreed amount was withdrawn from my account. The annoying aspect is that when I called to request for a refund, I was told I cannot access my money until 2022, which was the date of maturity... I don't understand... If they told me they would remove a certain amount and not give me full, ill understand...I don't intend to save with them anymore as I think Piggiebank in more flexible and considering the type of economy we have... Cowrywise should take a clue from them. Please my name is Labake... I sincerely need my money back, as the withdrawal made from me isn't convenient.
