CrawlForge MCP is an open-source MCP server that gives AI agents 31 web tools: scrape, search, crawl, extract structured data, browse in stealth mode, keep a browser session alive across calls and run multi-source research. Add it to Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Cursor with one npx command and your agent reads the live web as clean markdown or JSON. Pay per use from 1 credit a call, and start with 1,000 free credits, no credit card required.

UpstashServerless data platform for Redis and Kafka
5.0 (37 reviews)
Upstash is CrawlForge's fast layer: rate limits, sessions, credit locks and Stripe webhook de-duplication. Its REST API runs at the Edge and in serverless functions alike, so one Redis serves our whole stack on Vercel.

NeonServerless Postgres: Now Generally Available
5.0 (96 reviews)
Every CrawlForge account, API key, subscription and usage log lives in Neon. Each tool call's credit charge is a single atomic Postgres update, so the balance stays correct even under parallel agent traffic. Because Neon is serverless Postgres with built-in connection pooling, it works naturally with our Vercel functions: plain Postgres with Prisma, no database servers to run.

Also considered:
CrawlForge is an MCP server, and Claude Code is a first-class MCP client, so we built and tested it in the same tool our users run it in. Over 1,100 commits later, it's how we ship.

VercelThe frontend cloud. Creators of Next.js.
5.0 (1.1K reviews)
CrawlForge's website, dashboard and REST API run on Vercel. We merge to main and it's live minutes later: no servers to manage, and the deploy shows up as a status check on the commit. Our scheduled jobs (newsletter, search-engine pings, log retention, page monitors) are just entries in vercel.json, and Vercel Analytics tells us which pages actually convert.

StripeFinancial infrastructure for the internet
5.0 (535 reviews)
CrawlForge sells usage as credits, through monthly and yearly plans, one-time credit packs and auto-recharge, and all of it runs on Stripe. Checkout handles payment; signed webhooks tell us when to grant credits. Each grant is tied to its checkout session and processed exactly once, so a retried webhook can never double-credit an account. Proration, yearly billing and the customer portal came built in, which let us focus on the product.
