I've seen some trend to getting back to on-site work from remote model and the reason is that people got less engaged and integrated into the company. But remote work and flexibility gives also lots of power! You suggest an interesting approach with Crewting!

@oxana_ivanova yes, there is a trend to try to get employees back in the office but that is often because companies force them to come back. Studies showing that people love the advantages of remote work and the future will probably somewhere in between. We know from our beta users and customers that it is possible to have remote works flexibility and a good culture. We are happy to support this shift into the future of work with Crewing. Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us!

@henry_burkert I would love to have a trial for that, but our company has 32 people, so convincing my peers to hire a new solution without testing it would be a challenge.
So happy to see all this positive feedback today. Working on this solution for such a long time and see people like it is so nice. The journey just started. Thank you all for that!

Fantastic idea! Kudos to the team 👏
Being a remote worker myself, I see the potential of Crewting helping teams to connect and bond
Wow this would have been so awesome for my first role. I ended up working remote right out of college and sat all alone in my apartment. I left after a year. This might have helped!
