Cons:

the bounce rate is north of 20%, database purchase May 2019 however when I purchased the database they said the bounce was less than 1%.

Hello Van, We use ZeroBounce.Net for email validation - Actually Zerobounce.net separate the database with 3 segments - 1) Valid 2) Invalid 3) Unknown When you send the "Valid" segment emails - They give guarantee of 98% accuracy. If you are getting, 20% bounce rate. It means you are sending it without filtering. Can you double check it? Also, you will get email bounce if your SMTP IP or Domain RDNS is in the blacklist - Check it here : https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists...
