What if someone visits and you capture their name and email and then they come back does the system know and can it trigger any new email automations in the software?

@vijayatech_labs never heard of them before. being a product company founder, don't like to say anything negative about any other product. that said, i did take a quick look right now and believe that our data is significantly more comprehensive (they don't appear to have consumer data). our integrations are more plentiful. our email automation builder tools are more robust. our notifications (alerts) for when people get to the bottom of the funnel are more robust. they don't appear to have any dynamic generative AI capabilities on their email tool, they don't appear to have robust email delivery tools, no integrations with ad platforms, etc.
