Cyluma turns your Mac’s battery into a responsive living landscape. Optimise your battery's health with best parctices. See charge, charging state, time remaining, battery health and energy use from a calm menu-bar companion.

Can users customize the landscape style or is it designed to stay calm and minimal?
@jasonwu here are two landscape options available right now: 3D Miniature Clay and Painterly Studio. More landscapes will be added in upcoming versions. If you have any suggestions, feel free to share them!
to your first question honestly - I'm not sure it does, and that's the tension I'd flag. a percentage number is already about as fast to read as anything gets, a glance tells you "34%" instantly. a solar garden scene needs a second or two of interpretation (is that water level low because of charge or because of some other visual state?) before it resolves into the same information. the calm aesthetic is genuinely nice to look at, but the moment you actually need the menu bar - laptop's about to die, you need the real number now - a literal reading beats a mood board every time. I'd want the option to collapse straight to the number on hover or click rather than always parsing the scene first. small thing separately: "best parctices" in the description has a typo.
@galdayan Thanks for the feedback, Gal! The percentage number is actually the default view in the menu bar, so it already covers that quick-glance need. My first question was really about battery state more broadly: health, cycle count, and any detected issues.
@niteesh22 ah that covers it then, missed cycle count and health in the first pass. good to know it's already there, not buried behind the scene at all.
