Most journaling apps are just blank pages. You write, close the app, and nothing happens. Daily Journal + AI Insights is different. Every Sunday, Claude AI reads your week's entries and sends you a personal digest — mood patterns you didn't notice, emotional trends, and gentle reflections. What makes it stand out: - Mood tracking with trend charts - Full-text search across all entries - Email + push notification delivery - Works on web and Android - No ads, ever
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm Rahul, a solo founder from India. I built Daily Journal + AI Insights in 18 days.
The problem I was solving: I've always wanted to journal but never knew what to do with my entries after writing them. They just sit there.
So I connected journaling to Claude AI. Every Sunday night, the app reads your week's entries and sends back a personal digest — mood patterns, emotional trends, and gentle reflections you might have missed yourself.
The stack: Next.js + Firebase + Anthropic Claude API + Razorpay. Built and shipped in 18 days solo.
A few things I'm proud of:
→ The AI digest actually feels personal, not generic
→ Mood trend chart shows patterns across weeks
→ Works on web and Android
→ No ads, ever — just a clean ₹199/month Pro plan

Love the Sunday digest idea, that hook alone makes it worth signing up. One thing though, would be great if you could pin a specific entry or mood note so Claude references it across future digests, kind of like anchoring a thought you want the AI to keep in mind over time.

@perihan86183 Really like this, a persistent "anchor note" the AI keeps in mind across digests is a great shout. Adding it to the roadmap. Appreciate you thinking about it that way.

The Sunday digest sounds genuinely useful, especially the mood pattern stuff. One thing I'd love to see is the ability to tag entries with custom labels like "work" or "family" so the AI could break down trends by category instead of just giving me one overall mood arc for the week.

@glerdagu Thanks and a category-level mood breakdown would make the digest much more actionable than one overall arc. Noting it down, this is a strong Pro feature candidate.

honestly the sunday digest thing actually surprised me, it picked up on a stress pattern i hadn't really connected to my sleep habits until it pointed it out. the mood charts are simple but kind of useful for keeping myself honest.

@selmatopuarso2 This is exactly the reaction I built it for, genuinely glad it surfaced something you hadn't connected yourself. Thanks for sharing, really motivating to hear!
