E-commerce brands lose 70% of potential sales to unanswered questions. A shopper hesitates on sizing, shipping, or stock and they're gone. To Amazon. To a competitor. At Damahsan, we build & maintain custom photorealistic interactive avatars that live on your product pages. They greet shoppers, answer questions, recommend products, and guide purchases 24/7, in 70+ languages, with the warmth of your best sales associate. No dev team. No re-platforming. Live in 48 hours. this is genuinely cool. dropped it onto a landing page mockup and the avatar answered a sizing question in a way that didn't feel like a chatbot at all, super natural. 48 hour setup claim seems wild but curious if it actually holds.
@elizabeths37473 Yes the two day setup is a rough estimate, as it would take a fair amount of time to design, teach, and train the avatar on the brand's products, style, and knowledge base then integrate into the site.
the avatar actually popped up right on the product page and answered my sizing question in like two seconds, felt way more natural than the usual chatbot. really curious how it holds up on trickier questions though.
@mer1096673 It will be dependent on how much information the avatar is allowed access and control to.
Finally got to test the Damahsan avatar on a demo store and the response to a basic shipping question felt surprisingly human, not like the usual chatbot wall of text. Setup was genuinely painless, which I did not expect.
The 48-hour turnaround without touching your stack is impressive, but the real craft is making avatars that actually feel like your best sales associate instead of a chatbot. That warmth is hard to get right.
Genuinely curious how natural the avatar feels in practice, since I've seen a lot of these fall flat when handling tricky questions. The 48-hour setup with no dev work sounds like the real win though.
