Zero commission? The one thing that was holding me back from extensively using nft-marketplaces like opensea was the commission, so I really look forward to following your journey. Will it only be ETH based or are you opening up for collectibles on alternative platforms as well?

I am really glad that you are interested in our product, as we're a small team of 3 members! 😺 We currently only support Ethereum dApps, but would most definitely start adding different Blockchains later on. Although some NFT marketplaces might have different business models, the space is filled with great teams like OpenSea and Rare Bits. Keep an eye on our Discord Channel for future updates! 😉

We get that same question a lot 😃 Although taking a commission seems like the obvious choice for a decentralized marketplace, we decided not to operate that particular model as it disincentivizes customers to purchase crypto-assets. We aim to create a platform that helps both customers and dApp developers without additional barriers to entry. We'd be making $$$ from Featured Listings, dApp development and dApp consulting in the meanwhile.

Wow its amazing that you guys have been able to pull this off all by yourself. I understand that the product is still in the Beta stage, but will you eventually implement a search bar (e.g., To get a specific type of CryptoKitties) or something of sorts? Also, when do you plan to add the other dApps?

We're scaling quickly and hence, we'll be adding more dApps soon. Right now, there is a submission page which helps integrating the dApps faster. @jamesdrucker Great question! Me, @luis_gonzalez9 & @jccf are currently Sophomore students at the Minerva Schools San Francisco. We started researching trends in the dApp market last summer in Tokyo and decided to set up dBay after recognizing a gap in the ecosystem for an intuitive, easy-to-use aggregator marketplace! 😃

Hey there NFTs are going viral now in early 2021, you guys are ahead of the curve. Hope you're doing well. NFTs are perfect for my art and I have sold some already on the HIve blockchain, to avoid ETH gas fees. Layer 2 solutions will bypass gas fees soon I hope.
