I have been using Deel for over 2 years and its been a great experience. It has given my employers piece of mind when hiring me, as I live in a different country. Navigating tax and legal issues is the main hurdle when hiring internationally and Deel has made it super easy. The process of updating contracts, raising invoices and withdrawing funds is quick and reliable.

I've been using Deel for the past few months and the overall experience is very smooth and just a few clicks. The transfer timelines that are provided by Deel are very accurate. The thing I like the most is that Deel provides transfer options to multiple payment accounts (Bank, Wise, Payoneer etc)

Terrible customer service, and using Deel is a nightmare. One of my payments became stuck, and I've been following Deel for the last six months, but they're still asking the same query that they've been asking for the previous six months instead of resolving the issue. I've spoken with over 20 customer service executives about the same issue from the beginning; they don't even have the data to know about the current problem. They prefer not to work on it rather than waste our time. My worst experience with Deel was that I wasted my time describing the same problem 100 times in separate tickets and emails. My firm is likewise pursuing them to address the situation. I've never had a bad or poor customer experience from any company except Deel.

I love love Deel, they made receiving my paycheck 10x easier, i used to wait for 4-7 days before i get my payment earlier because of business days and many other things, but now once my payment is processed, i get it within 8hours using Deel, i love deel since my company onboarded to it. I also love the early withdraw option. Deel is pretty much a lifesaver and the best!

When I first used Deel, I had few issues in using it. I had trouble adding my work hours. However, as time goes by, I was able to adapt to it and it's now easier for me to use. Perhaps they can still improve on it's UI so that it will be user-friendly for those new users out there. Overall, the platform is useful for freelancers like me especially in receiving your salary from your client/employer.

Deel is a great payroll system that ensures I get paid timely without any delay. They take the responsibility of sending out invoices in due time and I get paid instantly. There's no delay in transferring my money to a designated account of my choice as I receive my withdrawn money before the deadline given. I recommend them 100%.

My company paid out my salary in the 15th of September. It got withdrew on the 19th please tell me why it’s the 4th of October today and there’s still no sign of me receiving my salary. Customer support is arrogant and unhelpful. Im convinced they are scammers because how can someone’s salary just disappear and none of you know where the money went????
