👋 I'm Yu, an indie hacker, and I'm incredibly excited to finally share DeepCalm with you today.
📖 The Story Behind DeepCalm I built this out of personal frustration. Like many of us, I often found myself staring at the ceiling at 3 AM with racing thoughts, or feeling completely overwhelmed after hours of doomscrolling. When I tried traditional meditation apps, the generic, pre-recorded tracks just didn’t resonate with my highly specific anxiety in those moments. I realized we don't just need to "relax"—we need a tool that actually _listens_ to exactly how we are feeling right now.
That’s why I built DeepCalm. It combines generative AI with neuroscience principles to create bespoke guided meditation videos for your exact emotional state.
✨ Key Features Instead of browsing a library, you just type a prompt (e.g., "I'm anxious about my flight tomorrow" or "Need a 5-minute focus sprint before coding").
🧠 Context-Aware AI Scripts: Generates personalized guided audio/video tailored precisely to your specific trigger.
🎵 Neuroscience-Backed Audio: Uses specific vocal pacing and frequencies designed to help lower heart rate and shift brainwave states.
🌌 Immersive Visuals (WIP): Pairs the audio with calming, dynamically generated video backgrounds to anchor your visual focus.
