I've been following this one from the start and this is a big upgrade 🙌 I think I'll use it on my next project - a fairly comprehensive web app with a focus on the mobile experience - so if I do I'll get feedback to you for sure. Webflow Labs are cooking really hard this year already, haha — amazing update, congrats! 🔥 I guess we’ll see some new community plugins and apps that rely on this updated API. That being said, I wonder if there is a chance that Figma to Webflow plugin will support combo classes, not just a single class? This is the only thing that stops me from using this plugin on a massive scale and constant basis, since I use Client-First, and, well, let’s be honest, almost all more or less mid+ level builds have stacked classes. However, I do not have any suggestions for the feature, because I realized this while writing this comment — we do not have classes in Figma! Like, damn, what an oversight, haha.

@georgydesign consider that you’re asking for combo classes because you’re used to working with Client First as a framework…but what if the workflow from Figma to Webflow is a framework in itself without the emphasis on combo classes? Something to think about…

@thejoshloh it does make sense if we accept Figma to Webflow as a framework, but I think it would limit the usage too much. I’m used to combo classes because I’m a web dev, because Webflow University explains power of stacking classes, and why it is important. Ditching stacked classes will create a massive barrier in development, i.e. it’s better to have “.button.is-red” than “.button-red” in 99% of cases. Otherwise we will bloat the CSS file and users will not learn, let’s say, “proper” web development practices.

wowwwwwwww!!!! Watched the first YouTube video and all I can say is "WOOOOW" the speed at which now designers who LOVE figma and use Webflow has just INCREASED from Fast to Super Fast. Next POWER UP "Extremely Fast", then Lightening, the Breaking the Sound Barrier and so on!!! Great job webflow!

@oliver_bahne @joaodmj I was just thinking about this. If it was 2-way, you could start with a Webflow project using a well structured framework like Lumos V2 and sync that over to your new Figma file as a starting point. It would save framework creators like Timothy Ricks (for Lumos) having to consider keeping a Figma version of the Webflow cloneable up-to-date.
